We are a local, award-winning State Farm Insurance agency in search of an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Outbound phone calls to maintain customer accounts
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Maintain customer accounts in a highly organized manner
- Utilize exemplary communication skills to quickly and efficiently meet the needs of customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service
- Dedicated to being well-organized
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs
- Excellent phone skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
- Proactive in problem-solving
- Maryland Insurance Licenses Required
- Bilingual (Spanish)

Salary and bonuses based on experience and licenses obtained
Compensation: $31,200.00 - $37,440.00 per year
